The Story of Ron Sherman
In Loving Memory of Ron Sherman 2004–2023

Ron was born into a legacy of love for animals, the son of two veterinarians. His parents fell in love during their veterinary studies and became a couple of veterinarians. This deep love for animals was passed down to Ron from a young age. He grew up in a warm, vibrant home in Lehavim, surrounded by dogs and cats—sharing his childhood with no fewer than ten dogs. At Eshel HaNasi High School, he chose to major in Veterinary Science, following in his parents' footsteps. With love, sensitivity, and natural leadership, Ron became a beloved figure among his friends.
Ron served as a Coordination and Liaison NCO at the Erez District Coordination and Liaison office.
On October 7th, he was taken hostage to Gaza. Tragically, Ron lost his life on November 10th, at the age of 19. This farm carries forward his spirit of kindness and his unwavering love for all living beings
